Injection Training—Currently Taking BETASERON (interferon beta-1b)
BETASERON comes with the thinnest needle in MS therapy. The 30-gauge needle comes in the blue BETASERON box as shown in the picture.
The optional BETAJECT® Lite autoinjector can be used with the thinner 30-gauge needle to help manage injections.
- Easy-to-use, larger, and more ergonomic syringe wings
Important Information for Those Choosing to Use the Optional Autoinjector!
- The 30-gauge application system is ONLY for use with the BETAJECT Lite autoinjector and not for use with other autoinjectors or older versions of the BETAJECT autoinjector.
- Do not use your old autoinjector with the 30-guage application system. Previous versions of the autoinjector will not deliver the right amount of medication when used with the 30-gauge needle application system.
