BETA Nurse

BETA Nurses

A BETA Nurse is there for you any time, day or night.

Imagine having your own personal nurse to answer questions you may have about BETASERON (interferon beta-1b). A BETA Nurse is there to take you through the injection process, help you manage potential side effects, or to simply be there for you.

Only BETAPLUS® offers people living with MS an MS-trained BETA Nurse to everyone taking BETASERON, any time day or night 365 days a year.

Here's how it works: When you are ready to begin taking BETSERON and join BETAPLUS, you are assigned your own personal BETA Nurse who's been specially trained in MS. Your BETA Nurse becomes your partner and is always there to help you start, and stay on, your treatment plan.

Please remember that a healthcare professional should still be the primary source of advice and care for people with MS

Just call BETAPLUS at 1-800-788-1467 or Join Now.

Once you're a BETAPLUS member, your BETA Nurse will be in touch with you regularly as the chart below shows. You can also call your BETA Nurse any time you have questions.

BETA Nurse outreach
"Something I really love about BETAPLUS are the BETA Nurses. I take my injection at night; so if I have any questions at say 2 o'clock in the morning, I can call my BETA Nurse, Anne. And, if she's not available then there is a nurse on call. They make you feel like you're important, like you matter."* —Eileen, started BETASERON in 1993
