Peer Mentor

If you have just been diagnosed with MS, or have been living with MS and want to speak with someone else like you, sign up to speak to a Peer Mentor.

Access Specialists

Bayer strives to make BETASERON therapy affordable to all patients. No one should ever have to go without therapy because they can't afford it.

BETAPLUS has Access Specialists who are available to answer your questions and work directly with your insurance company to:

  • Help determine your pharmacy benefits
  • Seek prior authorization for your medication
  • Handle appeals and other issues

They also ensure that qualified people have access to BETASERON with no copay— $0/month. Unlike the support programs of other therapies, this is true regardless of how long you've been on therapy. And, the BETAPLUS copay program goes beyond the typical one-year enrollment. You can participate as long as you qualify.

For more information, call BETAPLUS at 1-800-788-1467

"Something I really love about BETAPLUS are the BETA Nurses. I take my injection at night; so if I have any questions at say 2 o'clock in the morning, I can call my BETA Nurse, Anne. And, if she's not available then there is a nurse on call. They make you feel like you're important, like you matter."* —Eileen, switched to BETASERON in 2004

* Results based on Eileen's experience. Individual results may vary.

† Some restrictions apply. Copay assistance is limited to $9500 per patient per calendar year. Patients who are enrolled in any type of government insurance or reimbursement programs are not eligible. As a condition precedent of the copayment support provided under this program, e.g. copay refunds, participating patients and pharmacies are obligated to inform insurance companies and third party payors of any benefits they receive and the value of this program, as required by contract or otherwise. Void where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted. Patients enrolled in Bayer's Patient Assistance Program are not eligible.
